The nine-membe Board of Trustees of the
Temple for 2008 consists of:
Presently, the Board meets twice a month to
discuss all issues pertaining to the management of the Temple. Unless otherwise
announced, the meetings are at 7:30 PM on the first and third Wednesdays of
each month. The meetings are open to the public. The activities of the Temple
are carried out under the auspices of several Committees.
The Committees and their functions are as
follows.

Religion and Special
Events Committee (Sunit Patke, Chair): Religious and cultural events in the
temple;

Facility
Maintenance Committee (Pardeep Kumar and B.D. Agrawal, Chairs): Temple maintenance and repair,
temple rental, upkeep of the lawn, priest houses maintenance, and garden areas;
·
Finance
Committee (Smruti Shah, Chair): Membership records, budget and planning, audits and other financial
statements;
·
Fundraising
Committee (Rajiv Das and Manohar Naga, Chairs): Fundraising, creation and distribution of donor
lists, and related activities;
·
Youth and Bal Vihar
Committee (Pratin Trivedi, Chair): Responsible for youth and Bal Vihar
programs;
·
Special Tasks and Events
Committee (Jai Tripathi and Ashim Aggarwal, Chairs): Website, technical issues;
·
Human Resources
Committee (Sunit Patke and Manohar Naga): Priest services, health insurance, etc.;
·
Communication,
Constitution, and Bye-Laws Committee (Pratin Trivedi, Chair): Newsletter, constitution update, public relations.
