Dear Devotees,

As already announced, on Saturday, July 19th, Bharatiya Temple of Lansing celebrates its 10th anniversary in an open-house format at the Temple for a day of food, fun, and activities. The events are focused on the theme of Setu, a Bridge Between Cultures, and is open to everyone from all cultures and communities. This is a great opportunity to learn about Indian culture and have fun. Various stalls are going to be on the site that day which includes food stalls serving Indian delicacies from various parts of India, stalls having sale of Indian Jewelry, Dresses, Crafts, and stalls with activities such as Mehendi (Henna Tattoos). Special programs such as magic show, face painting and an ice cream stall are planned for kids. We renew our request for donation of fashion jewelry, Indian dresses, and handicraft items, see:

The schedule of activities on July 19 is as follows:

Indian Food stalls by Udipi and Krishna Caterers
             Also Fruits, ice creams, lassi, beverages              10:00am till Evening
Kid's activities, Face painting                                           10:00am onwards
