This fee is due on January 1st each year and must be paid by June 30th. Membership is valid for the calendar year.<\/li><br>\n<li> <span  style=\"color: #D84242; font-weight:700; font-size:18px;\">\t    First-Time Members: <\/span>First-time members must have an accumulated lifetime donation of $250 before becoming a member. This $250 donation is a one-time requirement.<\/li><br>\n<span  style=\"color: #D84242; font-weight:700; font-size:18px;\">Example:<\/span>\nIf a first-time member has already donated $175, they will need to pay an additional $75 to reach the $250. To become a member at this point, they will need to pay $225, of which $75 will be applied towards the $250 lifetime donation, and the balance will be applied to membership dues.\n<\/div><div id=\"field_9_26\" class=\"gfield gfield--type-html gfield--input-type-html gfield--width-full gfield_html gfield_html_formatted gfield_no_follows_desc field_sublabel_below gfield--no-description
